30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us for authorization and return instructions before shipping anything back.
Return eligibility
Products should be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used cosmetics and personal care items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect applicable consumer rights or remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Non-defective returns
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos. Where verified, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required.
Refund timing
After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on PayPal and your payment provider.
